These General Terms and Conditions govern the transactions between ARIC EUROPE SARL (the "Seller") and any consumer (the "Buyer") wishing to purchase products via the website buddyhappy.eu.
Definitions:
- Buyer/Client: Any individual who purchases via the site buddyhappy.eu.
- Seller: ARIC EUROPE, with a capital of €50,000, headquartered at 1 bis avenue Victor Hugo, 93130 Noisy-le-Sec, France. Registered in the RCS of Bobigny under the number 793718594, VAT number: FR85793718594.

Article 1: Specific Conditions of Sale
At the time of placing an order, the buyer confirms having acknowledged the specifics of the products (description, size, color, price, quantity) displayed on the site and accepts them without reservation.
Article 2: Order
After placing the order, ARIC EUROPE will send an email confirmation of the order along with the estimated delivery time. ARIC EUROPE reserves the right to refuse an order in case of stock shortages or other exceptional circumstances. An email notification will be sent to the buyer in such an event.
Article 3: Pricing
Display of Prices: Prices are displayed in euros. For increased transparency, they are presented in two different ways depending on the buyer's location:
- Within the European Union: Prices include the French VAT of 20%. This amount is clearly indicated in the price detail at the end of the order.
- Outside the European Union: Prices are displayed excluding taxes. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, orders will be billed based on the rates that were in effect at the time the order was placed and confirmed.
Article 4: Payment Methods
The main payment is made via PayPal, which ensures the security of your transactions. You also have the option to pay with your credit card directly on the PayPal site, without requiring a PayPal account. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.
Article 5: Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days from our stock in France. The buyer has the option to choose from several delivery options at the time of finalizing their order. The available services may include various express carriers, each offering different rates and delivery times. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of the order.
Article 6: Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please send us an email at info(@)buddyhappy.eu with the subject "Return Request," including your order number and full contact details. The confirmation of your request will include the specific return address for sending back the products.
Right of Withdrawal: Buyers, who are non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the receipt of their order to return the products in perfect condition for an exchange or a refund.
Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original state and packaging, without having been worn, washed, soiled, or altered. Incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, if all conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 14 working days, excluding the initial return costs. In case of withdrawal, ARIC EUROPE will also refund the initial shipping costs. All refunds will be made via PayPal.
Non-Conformity: In the event of non-conformity (product received different from the one ordered), the buyer must notify ARIC EUROPE within 14 days after receipt. Returned products must respect the same conditions as above. In the case of a return for non-conformity, ARIC EUROPE will cover the return costs and refund the amounts received for the returned items, including the return costs.
Article 7: Data Protection Law
ARIC EUROPE has declared the files containing personal data of customers from the site buddyhappy.eu to the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL), under the declaration number 1235194, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978. According to this law, customers have the right to access, rectify, or oppose the processing of their personal data.
