Shipping and Returns
Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days from our stock in France. The buyer has the option to choose from several delivery options at the time of finalizing their order. Available services may include various express carriers, each offering different rates and delivery times. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer at the time of the order.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please send us an email at info(@)buddyhappy.eu with the subject "Return Request", including your order number and full contact details. The confirmation of your request will include the specific return address for sending back the products.
Right of Withdrawal:
Buyers, who are non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the receipt of their order to return the products in perfect condition for an exchange or refund.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, not having been worn, washed, soiled, or altered.
- Incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
Refund:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned products, if all conditions are met, the refund will be made within 14 business days, excluding the initial return costs.
- In the event of a withdrawal, ARIC EUROPE will also refund the initial shipping costs.
- All refunds will be made via PayPal.
Non-conformity:
- In the event of non-conformity (product received is different from the one ordered), the buyer must notify ARIC EUROPE within 3 days of receipt.
- The returned products must meet the same conditions as above.
- In the event of a return for non-conformity, ARIC EUROPE will cover the return costs and refund the amounts received for the returned items, including return costs.
